HOW DO I COMMISSION AN ARTWORK?  

Please contact Fi via the contact page with your choice of design and for payment details. If you would like to personalise an artwork please do call or email to discuss any special requirements and ideas. Either a 50% deposit or full payment will need to be taken to book your commission.

CAN YOU DESIGN SOMETHING BESPOKE?

Absolutely! Fi can create unique artworks and will do her best to design what you are looking for. Please take a look at her instagram page for some past commissions.

HOW DO I COMMISSION PORTRAITS?

Please contact Fi to book a commission in. She will then send instructions on how best to take side on photographs and payment details. Either a 50% deposit or full payment will need to be taken to book your commission.

HOW DO I PAY?

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS DISPATCHED?

Yes, you will receive a photo of the artwork to approve via email.

 

 

DO THE COLOURS OF THE FINAL ARTWORK LOOK EXACTLY AS I SEE IN MY EMAIL?

Mostly yes. However, please be aware that computer monitors can display colours differently from screen to screen depending on their set-up. So what you see on your computer screen might vary slightly to the item you receive. Please do ask for samples if you would like to see your chosen paper colours first.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK/ PORTRAIT?

 All artworks are made to order and usually take 2-3 weeks from the time of payment (and receiving final photos for portraits) or 5-6 weeks for a bespoke design. It is advisable to contact Fi to find out her current lead time as she can get very booked up during certain times of the year (especially the months running up to Christmas!).

WHAT IF I NEED AN ORDER URGENTLY?

Please let Fi know if you need an artwork for a specific date and she will do her best to create your artwork as quickly as possible.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

For the standard size framed papercuts (30 x 30 cm) delivery is free within the UK and sent via Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class. This takes approximately 2-3 working days. For a faster service please contact Fi for a price and for larger framed artworks, delivery will be by arrangement.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes. Please contact Fi for postage prices if you would like your artwork to be sent outside of the UK. All customs fees, duties & charges levied at the point of entry are payable by the customer/recipient, please check this before you buy: www.dutycalculator.com

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Once you have approved your artwork, you will be notified by email or text when it has been dispatched.

In the unlikely event of damage, please contact Fi, with a photo of the problem, within 24 hours of receipt of your artwork or portrait.
